Spice Oil

Spice oils are the oils extracted from the spices that represent the characteristics of the parent spices fully in terms of aroma, character, and the beneficial properties that are useful for human beings Oleoresin are naturally occurring combination of oil and resins that can be extracted from plant. They are highly concentrated substance. The extraction process start with raw spices that are cleaned and then spice oil are distilled using an organic solvent. Common method of extraction is steam distillation. Oleoresin are stronger in flavour than their corresponding spices and are weaker than the corresponding essential oil.
